The Carbon Cycle process is a new low cost route to the production of precipitated calcium carbonate and ammonium sulphate fertiliser. Carbon dioxide is captured to create these two valuable global commodities which have applications in the paper, plastics, adhesives and agricultural industries. Where two different energy and carbon-intensive processes are used today, a single low-energy carbon-negative process will be used in the future.
- New low cost industrial process ready for commercial deployment in 2018
- Produces two global commodities at 80% less energy than contemporary methods
- Captures carbon dioxide and tackles climate change
